Arvetta L. Jideonwo, MHA, CFRE
Arvetta Jideonwo serves as the Founder and CEO of SGS for Good, a social impact and philanthropic consulting firm. As Founder and CEO, Arvetta leads the firm in providing informed solutions for non-profits, foundations, and corporations to maximize their potential to effect social change. Through executive leadership, she has successfully led teams and navigated companies and organizations through new philanthropic and social impact ventures resulting in sustainable outcomes of $50M+ philanthropic funds and the distribution of $20M+ in community investments from a grantmaking perspective.
Arvetta is a Certified Fundraising Executive through CFRE International and presents on a local, regional, and national basis on strategic philanthropy and building a “Culture of Good”. She holds a B.S. in Community Health from Indiana State University, a M.S. in Health Administration from Indiana University, and a Non-Profit Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Arvetta is also an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy Fund Raising School.
Janine Robertson
Janine Robertson is a seasoned nonprofit leader and Senior Consultant with SGS for Good, bringing over 20 years of experience across finance, philanthropy, and community impact. Known for her strategic approach to fundraising and her passion for advancing equity and inclusion, Janine has held leadership roles with organizations including Riley Children’s Foundation, Girls Inc., United Way of Central Indiana, and Greater Indy Habitat for Humanity.
Her work focuses on building authentic donor relationships, empowering marginalized communities, and championing financial literacy. Janine is a Vertius Major Gift Scholar, holds a Certificate in Fund Raising Management from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Active in the Indianapolis community, Janine serves on nonprofit boards and volunteers through her church. She brings not only professional expertise but also a heart for service and storytelling that inspires action.
